Zaid Al-Najjar

I would like to add my own experience which might quide or enlighten most of you.

I was looking for a dentist training that can strengthen my profile, so I applied to many preceptorship programs around the country.

I got accepted into a 3 month AEGD in Maryland, which is part of New York Medical Center.  This was the only program that offers a mutidisciplinary training from both clinical and academic settings,

They are located in a huge community center and have AEGD and Pediatrics residencies.

I was very much respected, welcomed and was part of their big family.

This preceptorship offerd me the exposure and the participation in their continuing education hands on courses, presentations, lecture series, seminars and clinical discussion sessions.

I have done several other clinical rotations besides AEGD in different clinics and was involved in their outreach program.

Some of my rotations included sedation and nitrous cases in Pediatrics, Orthodontics, Cleft Lip and Palate Clinic.

Also, there is a chance to practice for your practical admission test (bench test) and you will be guided throughout this training process.

I feel that I have gained a lot of both clinical and academic experience during this amazing preceptorship program.

They are located in Maryland in the Eastern Shore, which has a beautiful location that is surrounded by water and great climate.

Please fell free to contact me at any time and it will be my pleasure to share my story with you.
